Job Description
Our client, a leading security systems integrator, is seeking a Sales Engineer to broaden their experience, knowledge and skills within the sales side of the integrated security industry.
About the role:
* Visit customer sites to carry out project surveys and interpret their requirements correctly
* Support the internal and external sales teams with surveying tasks
* Produce customer quotations and pricing documents in line with the company standards
* Follow up on quoted works with a view to close
* Maintain and develop existing client relationships and accounts
* Establish relationships with new clients
* Assist the estimating team on bids for new project work
* Prepare reports for the sales management team
* Meet regular sales targets, personal and team
* Update sales forecasts regularly and accurately
* Record and maintain client contact data
* Co-ordinate sales handover to projects
* Provide updates to customers on new technologies
* Work with suppliers and manufacturers for quotations and project support
About you:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience installing and/or servicing alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems
* A desire to develop professionally and progress into a Business Development role
