An exciting new opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join a global healthcare company that offers employees a wide range of fulfilling and challenging career and personal growth opportunities.
You will play a key part in helping them on their Salesforce journey, managing their current Org of 200 users in the UK, and then getting involved in the global rollout of Salesforce, including Field Service Lightning.
They are looking to expand their small, Salesforce team, by hiring a Salesforce Administrator, helping them to deliver some huge and exciting plans they have for 2022. This isn’t a role that’s going to restrict your growth as a Salesforce professional, as you will be helping mentor and coach current team members and you will be seen as the internal SME for Salesforce within that team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be an early member of this growing in-house Salesforce team, working on a large, global-scale rollout with lots of exciting and challenging projects in the pipeline to get stuck into, with them only being 1/3 of the way through this large implementation.
What we're looking for:
Strong Salesforce Admin experience, with the ability to lead the capabilities of Salesforce within the business
Experience in making configuration changes to the platform, ensuring Salesforce is always up to date and in line with business requirements
Able to maintain ongoing legacy systems whilst the global rollout of Salesforce is ongoing
Liaise with the Salesforce success teams, build relationships and ensure ongoing partnership with improvement
Ability to work with key stakeholders and cross teams to provide both consultancy and training with Salesforce
Understanding GDPR and working in a highly regulated environment
Experience with Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Communities, is a big advantage
Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certified Advanced Admin would be great, but strong knowledge and a passion for Salesforce are the most importantWhat’s on offer:
