RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a vital role within the business, and as the Salesforce Business Analyst, you be responsible for advising clients on best-practice and industry standards to assist with decision making, whilst exploring customer situation with them to develop a fuller understanding of the underlying need. In return, you will be fully supported in your own personal growth and development.

SKILLS

As the Salesforce Business Analyst you need to have:

– A proven background in designing solutions which meet industry standards as well as those of Salesforce.
– Able to run client workshops to understand business requirements.
– Able to translate user journeys into deliverable Salesforce solutions
– Strong business analysis and functional understanding

You will need a proven experience in working in a consultative environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Our client is seeking individuals who have worked at Salesforce partners or other Consultancy practices previously, but who now wants to work more autonomously.

QUALIFICATIONS

Salesforce Certifications are preferable but not essential
