    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As the Salesforce Product Development Manager you add value to this worthy organisation by helping lead requirements analysis to inform the product development and vision. You'll help prioritise development and ensure that system design aligns with the overall vision.

    SKILLS

    As the Salesforce Product Development Manager you must have:
    – Proven background in Salesforce product management
    – Knowledgeable around Salesforce NPSP
    – Able to design and implement procedures, change control and improvement models

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Experience working within complex global IT environments.
    Experience of using Jira or similar software applications.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Hold relevant Salesforce Certifications and ideally a Project Management Certification
