The Role

You will manage the complexities of large-scale projects on behalf of the client, to ensure that business benefits are understood by the client, and that TCS optimises engagement performance.

* Implement SAP S4 Finance (corporate finance and reporting, chart of accounts, GL, AR/AP cash management, treasury and risk management/trading integration, receivables management, contract and lease management, group reporting, and central finance).

* Responsible for the design, build, and implementation of complex solutions in FI/CO modules from an application and business process standpoint.

* Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate Retail system solutions.

* Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements.

* Work closely with the client IT organization and client Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity of the Template and to drive adherence to the template – ensuring that only critical localization requirements are approved.

* Responsible for leading and directing the QA Delivery team for SAP FICO.

* Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.

* Work with QA managers, development managers, factory team, and the programme director to successfully execute the SAP FICO module of the program.

* Be involved in end-to-end phases of SAP implementation projects, played client facing roles and managed client workshops.

* Support SAP deployment teams in prepare phase and / or fit-gap as needed for short periods of time expected to lead fit-gap workshops and explanation of the template.

* Manages the process to translate gaps into RICEFW objects and estimates effort / impact of each object.

* Responsible for the assessment, management, and delivery of all configuration changes in approved Change Requests (excluding Global Configuration requirements); the provision of updates to the Global Configuration Document.

Your Profile

* Previous experience working with IT Services or products.

* Experience working with SAP FICO in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
