    Job Description

    SAP HCM Consultant

    Salary: £65,000 + benefits

    Location: Any UK Location (multiple offices)

    Are you enthusiastic about SAP roadmaps? Are you a team player willing to embrace new methods of working? Do you have strong HCM knowledge? Then this role is for you!

    Xpertise Recruitment are working with an organisation looking for a SAP HCM Consultant to support the design, build and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, build and maintain SAP HCM solutions
    Deliver projects and resolve live, high priority issues
    Work collaboratively as part of an international team
    Prepare high quality documentation

    Skills and Experience:

    SAP
    Strong functional HCM knowledge (personnel admin, organisational management, self-service, payroll, time management, country legal changes)
    Communication and stakeholder management skills
    Experience working in the public sector or in a large organisation is preferable
