    Job Description

    Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Manager, looking to move into a growing organisation with a great company culture and supportive environment? If so, then read on….

    The role: As the Delivery Manager, you will manage SuccessFactors multi-module implementations (national or global) and working closely with the Project Management Team to ensure that all projects run smoothly and are on track.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    * Evaluates project solution constraints and propose solutions

    * Analyse business impact that technical choices may have on client's business processes

    * Supervise, guide and provide strategic direction to the configuration & development teams

    Knowledge & experience:

    * Good understanding of company operating procedures

    * Excellent Project Management & Delivery Experience

    * Extensive client facing experience

    * SAP SuccessFactors Experience / Technical skills

    * Good understanding of SuccessFactors data models, XML, integration technologies, data conversion strategy & concepts
