SAP Trainer (Manufacturing)

Remote / Hybrid (Occassional travel may be required)

£45,000 – £55,000 + car allowence + Bonus and Benefits

We are looking for a SAP Trainer with experience training to manufacturing sites in the associated modules (MM/PP/WMS/APO).

There will be some direct training delivery to the Super Users / Onsite Trainers, but the role will be more of an oversight role making sure the tools / content / training team are in place and also overseeing and co-ordinating the training delivered, managing project timelines/delivery.

Skills / Experience:

SAP training experience to manufacturing site (with associated modules e.g. MM/PP/WMS/APO)
A track record of training delivery as well as training design and development resulting in an effective end user learning experience
Experience in the planning and management of training programmes
Experience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SuccessFactorsResponsibilities

Work closely with the SAP Training Lead to drive the delivery of the Programme Training Strategy to manufacturing sites.
On-board and upskill the local Training Coordinators in SAP deployment sites and oversee their progress against the training plan.
Management of the manufacturing SAP training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, work instructions, data sheets and quick reference guides.
Line management of 2 SAP Training Coordinators within the central SAP Training Team.
