Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer
Central London
£35,000 – £40,000 + Onsite + Profit Share Scheme + Training + Progression

Excellent opportunity for a Senior 2nd Line Support to join a growing MSP in Central London offering being able to mentor the service desk team, get involved with IT projects, ability to progress into 3rd Line support, and the chance to be rewarded for your hard work through the profit share scheme.

This company work with a number of SME's and a few large organisations to provide support on internal IT systems, as well as being brought in as specialist for large-scale project management and deployment. With a fantastic 2021 under their belt, they are now looking to expand their Support Team.

In this role you will join a team of Support Engineers being responsible to mentor the service desk. You will be providing remote support to the companies customers. This business is a Microsoft partner so the vast majority of support will be on Office 365, Active Directory, and other MS products. You will provide 2nd line support, mentoring the service team where required, and updating clients on their tickets through to competition.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially experienced Service Desk Analyst or a Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer. Candidates must be strong communicators and be commutable to the Oxford Street area. The role would be 5 days onsite.

*Advanced 2nd Line Support
*Supporting Office 365 and Active Directory mostly

The Person:

*Commutable to the Oxford Street Area
*Experience as a Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer or Service Desk Analyst/Similar
*Keen desire moving to 3rd Line support
*Microsoft qualified and have experience in a MSP environment
