Avanti are looking for a Senior Developer, or a strong mid-level who is looking to move up.

The role is remote. (If you can go in 1 or 2 times a month that is great but not essential!)

The CTO is a big believer in pushing for personal growth and developers who have worked in teams under him have typically thrived, and stayed with him a long time. If you are ambitious and want to be part of a collaborative team then I think you’d get on well. (Aside from having a relevant skillset he tends to gel well with people who have hobbies outside of programming, as it adds to the ‘personality’ of the team. It isn’t a prerequisite by any means but if you do any sports, or competitions or even dancing or anything at all that you can show a passion for I am certain you’d have loads to talk about!)

Salary is up to £70k. 10% of your time will be dedicated to self-growth.
The company have recently migrated to Azure, so this role will help move them from IaaS to PaaS to make the most of this platform.

They provide opportunities to work with the best tools and packages, such as C# 10, .NET 6, OpenAPI, , MassTransit, Kubernetes, and Docker

Skills required:

* Experience in C#/.NET development

* Experience or knowledge around Azure services

* Experience working with containers and Kubernetes would be a plus

* Experience working in an agile environment (ideally Scrum)
