On offer is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a market-leading Global Software Company and work on a cutting-edge data platform used by engineers worldwide. Our client is going through massive growth and is looking for a passionate Backend Developer to join their new internal business unit.

Our client is a very well-established Global leading Software provider who has been around for over 30 years with international offices all over the world. They continue to produce cutting-edge products that help their customers succeed.

As a Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in the newly formed business unit by getting hands-on ownership in shaping the product and ensuring the high standards are maintained in developing the platform of tomorrow. You will work on exciting projects that involve high-performance search and data modeling.

The ideal candidate will have technical experience coming from a Software background and have strong skills in either Python or Golang. You should also have experience designing Cloud systems with Azure or AWS and designing intent-based Rest API's or GraphQL

The Role:
*Dealing with the likes of high-performance searches, large scale data processing to AI
*Working as a key part of the clients newly formed internal business unit
*£75,000 to £85,000 (DOE) + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Flexible Working + Healthcare + Cycle to work Scheme

The Person:
*Commercial experience in either Python or Golang
*Experience with Cloud based tools like Azure or AWS
*Restful API design experience or GraphQL
*Commutable to Cambridge
