    Senior Business Analyst / Ecommerce / Digital – London
    £500 – £550 per day – Outside IR35

    My client are an industry leading retailer based in London, who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. You'll be responsible for leading the analysis on a portfolio of digital & ecommerce projects focusing on the customer touchpoints. You'll be responsible for defining new solutions and business processes across their ecommerce portfolio.

    You must have previous experience working as a hands on Senior or Lead Business Analyst in a consumer facing organisation working on their digital propositions. You'll have experience working in an agile environment. You will need experience of working in a fast paced customer centric environment. You must have proven and hands on experience gathering a wide variety of requirements, capturing and documenting "as is" and "to be" processes
