About the role
Our client, a prestigious Microsoft Gold Partner have created this new role for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant with experience across all phases of enterprise Dynamics CE Projects. With a hands-on approach and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, strong understanding of customer relationship management process and procedures combined with practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products.
The role is mainly remote with the occasional trips to the office a couple of times a year.
Ownership for the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to our clients using their deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities
Responsibility for the creation of high quality and sustainable client solutions and project documentation
Identify practice development activities and strong involvement in the creation and delivery of these to fellow colleagues
Leads people and helps to grow them in their role
Promotes the Values of our company
Line manager to other members within the team
Ensure timely completion of internal processes and training
Carry out additional duties as may occur as instructed and agreed by Directors
Extensive experience in consulting
Ability to organise, manage and lead meetings, requirements sessions and workshop, and confidently present
Extensive hands-on D365 CE experience
Deep functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE
Extensive experience in project life cycle
Experience using programming languages such as C# and .NET
Desirable Skills and Experience
A Computing / IT degree
Microsoft D365 CE certifications.
Experience with Azure
Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and BI is preferred
Deep, proven functional experience in D365 CE
