The purpose of the role will be to help develop a technologically enabled business, turn concepts into reality, and empower staff to deliver excellent customer services by delivering tailored application solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around leading the development, solution and data architecture, team management and third-party supplier engagement. This will involve ensuring that systems are designed and developed robust, resilient, and secure business systems; technical oversight of projects; managing in-house and third-party development; working with partners to coordinate and dovetail projects; and manage a data quality programme.
Applications are welcome from existing Development Managers, Architects, Technical Consultants, Lead Developers or similar, as long as you can display demonstrable experience of delivering systems strategies against operational practices
Hands on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Development Configuration, Customisation & Architecture experience
MS Dynamics 365 Development certification, or the ability to demonstrate a wide programming skill set
Azure DevOps experience, to include pipeline management, product backlog, work item management
Agile experience and sound of knowledge of sprint frameworks.
An appreciation of project management techniques.
Experience working with distributed development teams, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Azure Data Technology, such as SQL Managed Instances, Data Warehouse; Azure Tables; Data Lakes; Data Factory; Synapse/Stream Analytics; Logic Apps or similar.
Experience of working with business processes or the support of technology within Property Services, Repairs, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Maintenance, Mobile Working, Tenancy Management and/or Private Property Management.

A strategic mindset that will allow you assess and impact of actions across the broader portfolio.
