I am seeking a skilled Senior Data Software Engineer with vast experience in AWS Cloud and Big Data technologies to work for a company that is building a community to be a digital bank with a human touch, delivering an outstanding customer experience and living out the values of Simple, Personal, and Fair.

The ideal candidate must be autonomous, flexible, and committed to developing end-to-end software solutions across the entire software life cycle. The role involves configuring the Data Pipeline, from data ingestion to modeling, and overseeing the development, testing, and deployment of applications while implementing change management and communication strategies.

Delivering in this role is critical for our Cloud Data Migration journey and you will be an important cloud data Engineer as we strategically land our Data and Digital programs of work.
Taking pride in solving data engineering challenges, such as ingestion of data to our Cloud and on-prem lakes, and Automation of Serverless ETL Data Pipeline.
Working with Data Lakes, Data acquisition, data storage, Data transformation, streaming, Data classification, Data Quality, and controls, Data Governance, Data Integration, Data anonymization, etc
Delivering high-quality products and services to exceed customers' expectations.
Driving our data approach is at the heart of our transformation through the application of Cloud-Native and Open-source technologies. 

It would be great for you to have:

Considerable experience in Software Engineering, data engineering, or related field with a track record of ingesting, transforming, processing, and extracting value from a large volume of datasets. AWS is a must.
Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack SW Developer (AWS Cloud Services and Scala/Java/Spark).WS services and Well-Architected framework, event-driven architecture.
Adopting Agile engineering processes (Scrum/Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD, BDD/TDD test automation).
Experience using big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Streaming, etc), experience with highly scalable, distributed systems, and data processing of large data sets.
Experience with SQL (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, Aurora) and NoSQL (AWS DynamoDB, HBase, Mongo DB), and Graph Databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune).
