Our client is an award-winning household brand which prides itself on its innovation and service. They are now looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to their team who will play a key role in leading a small engineering team.

As the Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with other technical teams to ensure the environments that are being built are at a high standard, alongside evangelising a DevOps culture throughout the business. Responsibility

Measure and monitor toolchain efficiency and quality while promoting process optimisation.
Collaborating with other areas of the business to automate environments.
Evangelise and promote a DevOps culture throughout the business to implement processes & tools.
Manage an engineering team, providing leadership, mentoring & coaching.
Set common standards for the platform and toolchain using best practices and industry standards.
Key Skills

Proven expertise working with DevOps and Cloud technologies.
Strong knowledge of Agile (SCRUM and KANBAN)
Experience of managing a small technical team
Windows Experience
Git
Code deployment tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Terraform, etc)
Automation Testing
PowerShell
