Hybrid Remote (2/3 day split)

One of the UK's leading Retailers, that provides a wide range of promotions for UK companies, is looking for a Senior DevOps engineer to join their team.

The business delivers unique marketing solutions with an emphasis on allowing their customers to grow in a sustainable way.

AS an Engineer in their team of six, you will be responsible for both internal/external systems and deliver outstanding software in support of our continued growth.

With this, you can expect this to cover BAU changes, as well as both medium to large sized development projects

You'll need demonstrable experience in a similar position, of at least three years in a mid level DevOps role.

Has experience in shaping how teams approach DevOps tools 

Responsibilities

Build software solutions to help customers
Lead in architecture/software development activities
Tackle complex technological infrastructure and security 

Technical Skills

Extensive experience with managing a distributed team across regions
Experience in AWS; EC2, ECS, Loadbalancing, VPC, S3, RDS, Cloudflare, Lambda, Cloudwatch, IAM etc
Experience with Jenkins, Git & Linux 
Experience with Terraform & Docker
Java experience a plus 
Experience with automated testing of infrastructure deployments would be a distinct bonus
