Senior Full Stack Developer | 100% Remote | £85k

Avanti recruitment is currently working with a niche IT infrastructure solutions company in London who are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the team on a remote basis. This is a client-facing role and the successful developer will need to be comfortable with consulting with clients, walking them through demos, and providing problem-solving advise.

The company helps businesses to transform their customer experience, significantly increase revenues and fundamentally accelerate their business. They do this by using behavioural science, UX research, and data analysis to uncover the biggest opportunities to improve their clients’ digital products and services. Off the back of this, they then create data-driven strategies which they deliver through experience design, continuous experimentation (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and personalisation.

100% remote position.

To help with the continued development of their platforms, they need a Senior Full Stack Javascript Developer to join them. You will play an important role within a high-performing team made up of consultants, project managers, and full-stack developers to enable clients with server-side experimentation and implementations of A/B testing platforms.

You will deliver high-quality, server-side, and front-end tests to the exact specification.

The company offers detailed onboard training to make sure you understand the company’s processes and that you are confident to build and debug A/B tests and tracking solutions. They use a number of A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, and Monetate.

Along with the above, they use the following technologies:

This role can be 100% remote. They are offering a salary of up to £85k, along with the following benefits:
