We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Warrington. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, providing technical expertise, and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

We are seeking a creative problem-solver who is passionate about technology and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing, troubleshooting, and managing complex IT systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of IT professionals, providing technical expertise and guidance
Design, develop, and maintain company IT systems and infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues
Identify and implement process improvements
Monitor system performance and security
Provide technical support to end users
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Develop documentation and training materialsRequirements:

4+ years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, network engineering or related field
Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365,
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Experience managing Firewalls, Routers and Switches
Experience with cloud technologies, Azure
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
