Role: Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Are you an experienced Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing internal
IT team in York. You will be supporting over 50 locations and a network of over 700 users across the country, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, managing user accounts, monitoring licensing, and overseeing small projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical 2nd line IT support to all employees
– Provision user accounts and hardware according to internal policies and procedures
– Fault find and resolve PC/Hardware issues
– Visit sites as needed to provide hands-on support
– Manage and mentor additional team members
– Ensure business processes and documentation are reviewed and up to date
– Oversee small projects such as the onboarding of new acquisitions
– Be a technical point of escalation to colleagues

– Azure / Office 365
– Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint
– Windows Servers 2016 / 2019
– Virtual Servers (Citrix desirable)
– Asset Management
– Network troubleshooting – DNS, DHCP
– Driving License
