Role: Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Burton Upon Trent
Salary: £35K DOE

I am looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT Solutions Provider in Burton Upon Trent on a permanent basis. They are looking to add a personable and innovative individual to their friendly team to help support their customers located across the Midlands area, being split between onsite support and remote support from home. You will be required to deal with desktop, server, Infrastructure and Networking issues, assisting with, and leading large scale projects and maintenance across customer sites when needed.

Role Responsibilities:
** Implementation and support for IT Network Infrastructure Solutions
** Configuration, support and maintenance of Windows Server and OS
** Design and Support of Server Infrastructure e.g. VMWare
** Leading large-scale projects
** Travelling out to site to provide proactive and reactive IT Support
** Keep up to date with latest / future advancements in technologies

Technical Skills:
** Windows Server and OS
** Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint
** Hyper-V, VMWare
** Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure
** MDM
** iPad / Apple
** Google Chrome
** Antivirus Solutions
** Telephony Support
** SCCM
** Networking – configure, install, maintain
