Job Description
Role: Senior IT Support Engineer (Can be fully remote!)
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: Up to £55K DOE

Roles and Responsibilities:
** Provide senior support to clients
** Provide advice and support to clients and junior team members
** Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
** To build and maintain rapport with customers
** To work across both BAU and Project work
