Engineering led fintech continuing to hire a team of engineers in Ireland. They have 300+ staff in tech roles currently and plan to increase by 100+ over the next 12 months. Their offices are in Dublin City Centre, more than happy for you to work remotely for the most part… but it would be ideal if you were in and around the office in Dublin or London from time to time.

They have a flat structure, all of their engineers contribute at the same level but the more senior developers naturally inherit more responsibility and are more heavily involved in the architectural decision making etc. You'll be building microservices, usually releasing 50 times per day to production and all of the developers have a role in the deployment process (K8s, AWS).

Experience:

5+ years' experience in Java Development.
Experienced building microserivces.
Experience in the deployment process would be beneficial.
Ability to collaborate with a team.
Creative, curious software engineer.
