Are you a Senior macOS and Jamf specialist Systems Engineer? Do you have strong in-depth hands-on Jamf Pro skills and Jamf 300 and/or 400 certified? We need you to join a team of top-performing professionals.

Urgently seeking a Senior macOS and Jamf Engineer to join a rapidly growing business and a team of dedicated and talented Technical Services professionals. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and offers an immediate start. This role will strengthen the existing Technical Services Team. providing high-quality technical solutions and support.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Apple solutions, scripting, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take responsibility for ticket ownership and follow-up. You will provide higher tier support, job coordination, and document scope of works to other members of the team. This role has been created to support the rapid expansion of the company and would suit a highly competent individual with strong communication and technical skills to undertake the following duties:

MDM solution management and implementation (Especially Jamf Pro)
Multiplatform integration
Solutions development
Deployment Automation
ISO 9001 & 27001 procedure documentationKey Skills:

Detail-oriented and organised
Ability to work independently, autonomously, and take initiative
Ability to multi-task and proactively manage various conflicting issues
Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
Have an exceptional standard in quality of work
An in-depth knowledge and/or certification of any of the following is preferred. o Jamf Pro (ideally Jamf 300 certified or higher)

o Jamf Connect

o ACSP / ACTC

o MDS (Mac Deploy Stick)

o Thin imaging workflows

o Jamf Now

o AutoTask

o Apple Business Manager

o Apple Device Enrolment

o Volume Purchase Program

o Apple security technologies such as FileVault2, T2
