Senior Network Engineer
County Durham
£50,000 – £60,000
Hybrid working – 50/50 split. On call – 1 week in every 9.
Due to my client’s continued growth, there is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to join their Infrastructure & Network team based in one of the many offices they have in the North.
The successful Network Engineer will have experience working within a busy, fast-paced environment dealing with both client support and internal projects and monitoring.
The Senior Network Engineer will ideally need to live close to or in the surrounding areas of Stockton-on-Tees and Catterick. The role has flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications
Hold one or more Juniper certifications at ‘Professional’ level.Essential Skills
Juniper and Cisco routing and switching
Networking project experience
Extensive experience with Palo Alto, Juniper, and Cisco products
BGP experience in an ISP environment
ISP Environment knowledge
Wi-Fi deployment
Experience with monitoring systems
Understanding and use of ticketing systems
Knowledge of the ITIL frameworkDesirable Skills
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security EngineerA flexible and collaborative approach is essential
