We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team at a friendly and forward-thinking company that values employee ownership, creating a positive workplace culture, and is committed to ethical practices as a B Corp.

As a senior member of the agile product team, you will be responsible for leading design projects from discovery to launch and iteration, working collaboratively with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead design projects across the entire lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
Define and design innovative UX/UI solutions that address real customer and business needs.
Create UX wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, customer voice, and wider business stakeholders.
Work with the product team to fulfill business goals.

Skills and Experience:

Proven expertise in using design to address real customer needs and business requirements.
Expertise with relevant design/prototyping software (we use Figma)
Expertise in user-centered design, including usability and accessibility best practice
Strong knowledge of visual design fundamentals including Material Design and Apple's HIG
Experience in insight-driven design
Experience facilitating and reporting on usability sessions.
Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
