Senior Product Manager
Salary £65,000 – £70,000
Location: Chancery lane
Hybrid role working 1 day in the office a week
 
Exciting role working for a leading classified adverts organisation in central London who have been established since 1999. This company operate in 16 markets worldwide. A family feel company with opportunities for anyone joining to progress and move up the ladder. 
 
What you’ll do

Facilitate ideation workshops, collaborating with product development teams (design, business and engineering) to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Gather product data, including analytics, statistics, behavioural insights and consumer market trends to reinforce decision making.
Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver features to users.
Determine and deliver product feature optimisation initiatives, coordinating findings with the product development team and aligning them with the product vision, strategy and objectives.
Prepare status and risk management reports, outlining KPIs for the product feature(s) and communicating these.
Develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels that connect directly with product initiative documentation.
Train, mentor, and support the product development teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. 
Person profile:

You have 4+ year’s experience in software development or program management with preferably a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
You are a leader who can communicate and you feel at home coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You possess the technical knowledge within product lifecycle management and working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques / frameworks, to deliver solutions.
You have implemented data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems to aid data analysis and decision making.
