I'm hiring for a Senior Qa to join my client. They have an office in Bath and would like people happy to come 1-2 times a month, but the rest of the time you can work remotely. They are a FinTech scaleup who develop a platform that helps with investments. They are now looking for a Senior QA Engineer with Automation skills to join their team of superstars 🌟Whilst you will still get involved in some manual testing, your focus will be to automate wherever possible. They currently work predominantly with JavaScript/ Typescript based automation frameworks so would love people with experience with these

You will work in a cross functional squad made up of other QAs and developers and will also work with colleagues from the wider business.

You will be influential in setting the technical QA direction within your particular squad as well as mentoring and supporting other members of the QA and wider tech team in all things QA. You'll also get involved in working across squads to develop and improve QA processes and championing best practice, ensuring as high a test coverage as possible.

Their ideal people will be experienced Automation testers with experience of JavaScript/Typescript and experience of mentoring/developing others , with brownie points for any experience working for a fintech previously

Salary is anywhere from £50,000 up to £80,000 depending on experience.
