THE ROLE

As a Senior ROR engineer, you will be delivering the best solutions to enhance and develop the system while working on future solutions and product offerings. This will involve:

Working as a senior software engineer with the development team

Participating in decision making

Delivering high-quality peer-reviewed code

Reviewing code from team members

Reacting creatively to customer needs and requests

Improving the SDLC and the processes to deliver excellent software solutions

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Have a strong understanding of OO programming

4+ Years of web development experience

Extensive experience working with Ruby on Rails

Experience working with Agile and/or Lean software development approaches

Git proficiency

Experience writing automated tests using Rspec and Capybara

OVER THE TOP

Experience with MongoDB (or any other NoSQL) database
