As the Senior Salesforce Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for building and launching Success strategy for their client base, and helping to build the customer success team.
You must have previously worked in a Salesforce customer success role, and preferrably worked as either a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
You must have the ability to devise strategies to ensure success across a portfolio of enterprise level accounts.
Able to define and create impact report templates and dashboards.
Experience working in the nonprofit sector, along with experience of working on digital transformation projects.
You must hold relevant Salesforce certifications
