Senior Scrum Master:

A global market leader is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master who has strong agile methodology and scrum experience.

The organisation is currently investing heavily in their Tech teams as they embark on some of the most exciting projects currently taking place in the UK.

You will be working closely with the teams to lead some of the latest initiatives in the organisation.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Scrum Masters as the organisation scales up.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be coaching and leading teams on Agile working methods as they deliver projects across several disciplines including Cloud, DevOps, and Data.

You must have experience with:

Strong experience as a Senior Scrum Master in a leadership role.
Experience in managing and growing multiple scrum teams.
Strong Agile experience.
Experience in coaching and leading team members.
Experience with managing and implementing Agile processes, tools, and services.
Strong coaching, influencing and delivery experience.
Mentoring and team leader experience.
Experience in Financial Services/ Insurance sector will be beneficial.This role is perfect for a Senior Scrum Master who is looking to progress their career into a Master of Scrum role along with getting an opportunity to work on some of the market leading Tech projects.

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Benefits Package
