Senior Service Desk Analyst – £(phone number removed) Month FTC – Broxbourne
A market leading company are looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst for a 12 month FTC.
The position has become available due to massive amounts of growth in the company and would be working with the wider Service Delivery team reporting in to the IT Service Desk Team Leader.

The role will be responsible for-
* Following incident management processes and procedures and ITIL best practices in the lifecycle of an incident.
* Provide project engineering
* IT asset management
* Resolve incidents through problem management
* Provide 2nd line technical support
Key technical skills required (Not essential)
* Azure
* CompTIA A+/ Network+
* MCP
* ITIL 3/4
* Customer Services NVQ or equivalent
* Hyper V/VMware
* LAN/WAN
* Cloud
* Hardware/software support
This would be a great position for someone with strong 2nd line support, ITIL and Microsoft Office 365.
