Are you a second line support engineer looking for a step up into a Senior 2nd line support position? Passionate about IT infrastructure and the development of your technical skills, career path and experience? Cushman and Wakefield, the global real estate services firm are looking to expand their IT team in their London office could you be the ideal candidate to take up the Senior Site Support Technician role?
The position would put you in a senior and lead role within the internal IT team, day to day, dealing with 3rd line and 2nd line support issues across the full array of IT Infrastructure, including full O365 suite, networking, Citrix, VIP Support to name but a few. You would also be responsible for leading and completing a number of infrastructure projects as they arise – most recently you would be involved in a major cloud infrastructure migration into azure.

Very strong IT infrastructure support experience, both general desk side support and supporting custom solutions
Excellent soft skills when interacting with the users in the business
Knowledge of Windows environment
Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget and per client expectations
Strong customer service, interpersonal and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues effectively to users
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow an incident or problem through to resolution
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities and projects/initiatives simultaneous escalating where appropriate
Ability to continually upgrade Business and technology skills to adapt to new technology management and working practices
