The client is continuing this massive growth and looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to come join the new internal business unit and help shape and build the platform of tomorrow.

The company in question is a very well-established Global leading Software provider who have been around for over 30 years with international offices over the world, who continue to work and produce cutting edge products with the precedent set on becoming the Developer platform of tomorrow.

In this role you will play an integral part in the newly formed business unit helping to ensure the delivery and succession of new products, services and strong customer focus that makes up the core of the business is developed and scaled alongside the company's growth. You will be getting hands-on ownership in shaping new products & bringing them to life ensuring the succession of the platform of tomorrow from the likes of high-performance search to Data modelling and also allowing you to be the driving force of your own career!

The ideal candidate will come from a strong Software background, having dealt with complex data sets & structures for Large Software Systems. Have experience in the development or tuning of Elasticsearch and have a keen eye for customer focus when it comes to the development of products. You will degree educated within the IT, Engineering or relative feilds and in return be offered exciting opportunities to work on new projects and drive not only the business's cutting-edge platform but also your career.

The Role:
*Design and implement software solutions for complex Software Systems *Design, develop and tune Elasticsearch-based solutions *Continuously monitor and maintain the platform infrastructure to ensure its availability and reliability *£75,000 to £85,000 (DOE) + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Flexible Working + Healthcare + Cycle to work Scheme

The Person:
*Coming from a Software focused background
*Commercially experienced in implementing and tuning Elasticsearch
*Experience with Cloud-based tools like Azure or AWS
*Degree coming from an IT or Engineering related field
*Commutable to Cambridge
