Job Description
IT Support Engineers (2nd Line Support)
As Support Engineers will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.
Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.
You will have:
* Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
* Experience in working to SLA’s .
* Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
* 1st & 2nd Line Support is essential.
Desirable experience/qualifications:
* Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc).
* Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)
Technical Skills Required:
* Office 365 / O365.
* Windows Server
* Windows 10/11
* Active Directory / AD.
* MS Exchange
* Hyper-V
* Azure
* Firewalls
* VMware (ideally)
* Cisco Networking (Ideally).
