Our client is a well-established micro-MSP with a very defined system and process in place, supporting customers ranging from 10 to 700 users, mainly across Microsoft products.

Your Technical Skills & Experience

MCSA, MCP and/or CCNA certified.

Ideally over 5 years' experience in Microsoft technologies working in a multi-site environment.

Good Windows Server implementation & administration skills

Good knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

Good knowledge of Office 365 and Azure AD.

Good knowledge of Hyper-V and Hyper-V replication.

Good knowledge of network protocols and concepts (VLANs, loop prevention, IP subnetting & routing).

Good knowledge of PowerShell.

Good knowledge of backup solutions and principles. Datto BCDR experience a bonus.

Excellent Windows client OS skills – Windows 10

Your Soft Skills & Experience

Proven analytical and problem resolution skills and methodologies.

Ability to work on own initiative and work well within a team.

Good team member with good communication skills at all levels of seniority

Good organisational, administrative & documentation skills

The ability to develop relationships with staff and clients.

Good knowledge and proven track record in IT Security best practices
