    Job Description

    SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST

    MAIN TASKS OF POSITION

    Lead system and application projects.

    Provides second and third line support .

    Support Junior Systems Analyst.

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    Assist the IT department on Systems Support and outstanding projects.

    Perform examination and evaluation of current systems to identify key improvements.

    Implement key improvements and changes to systems in a structure approach.

    Identify opportunities that can improve efficiencies.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge with current technologies.

    Conduct assessment on new platforms to ensure the technology solution.

    Document and train users with any new software.

    Maintaining current data integrity.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    Degree Educated in IT or computer science.

    Formal project management experience.

    Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.

    Gathering / documenting user functionality stories and configuration requirements.

    Experience of leading application project upgrade activities and tasks.

    Database administration.

    Excellent MS excel and O365 suite
