Service Delivery Lead – Contract – Inside IR35
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Service Delivery Lead. As Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the best IT experience for the end-user.
The Service Delivery Lead will:
Act as an ambassador for IT, working across the departments within the company to provide effective communication on IT matters.
Building and Delivering IT Support growth strategy
Own the end-user collaboration technology stack, where you will be able to deliver your vision of what a good end-user collaboration toolset and solution should look like.
Own the management and creation of operational metrics and drive service improvements.
Delivering process change across IT Support
Onboarding of new suppliers
Work with a 3rd party to ensure the service and platform availability
The Service Delivery Lead will have:
A passion for technology and the value it brings to a business
Proactive and a passion for excellent service
Strong investigative skills to find the root cause of any major incidents
Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership
A person who has deep experience in managing 3rd parties and vendors
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The contract will be hybrid working with 3 days based in the office.
