Service Delivery Manager
Start date: ASAP
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: £45,000 – £62,000
Location/remote: Flexible Hybrid/Remote (This role may include travel to customer sites)

My client works in some of the most highly regulated and challenging industrial environments, and have delivered critical projects across energy, water, renewables and manufacturing.
Summary of Role:
My client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage multiple contracts across their digital portfolio for a number of key clients. The role includes the management of engineers, SLA’s and contract deliverables. The Service Delivery Manager will ideally have some experience gained in delivering contracts based on Digital platforms/technologies, databases or software development. An understanding of the technologies delivered would be an advantage e.g. SQL, OSI PI, C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript etc.
Key Responsiblilities:
* Management role responsible for several contracts and projects, from inception through to delivery within demanding timescales. Ensuring that they are delivered to specification, budget and customer satisfaction
* Overall financial responsibility for the contracts, including subcontracts for specialist works and supplies
* Responsibility for all Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety aspects of the projects through the Company Q,H&S Manager and project H&S Advisor
* Hold regular report and progress meetings with clients
* To successfully manage contract variations, ensuring that changes are accurately identified and agreed and that correct governance procedures are followed in the preparation of quotations
* To successfully manage risk, identifying issues and taking preventative and/or corrective action when required and escalating problems to the Operations Manager when necessary
Essential Requirements:
* Ideally from a digital software / managed service background
* Must have engineering knowledge
* At least 2 years of demonstrable contract management experience within the OT digital software industry or similar background
* Must be able to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
* Must be commercially astute & be able to identify early commercial and technical risks/issues and find resolutions.
* Must have a demonstrable track record of achieving project timescales, margins, customer satisfaction, and quality
* Strong leadership skills, including team management experience
* Current driving license and must be prepared to travel
