Service Delivery Manager – Basingstoke, Hampshire
Up to £50000 + Benefits + Bonus
IT Solutions Provider with over 30 years' experience to both the Private and Public sector are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team and help assist with the SLA delivery to several key clients working in conjunction with different divisions of the business supporting a range of IT functions and ensuring the smooth running of IT systems.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will need 5 years' experience in a similar role and have worked with a range of clients including ideally some that require Security Clearance. This role is a hybrid role coming into the office 3 days a week and will require going to the other offices of the business and client site. A key client is in central London and spending time on site will form part of your role.
Experience required will include
Previous experience working for an IT Solutions or Managed Service Provider as a Service Delivery Manager.
Knowledge ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and risks are constantly being assessed.
Experience acting as a primary point of contact on specific projects including leading different technical teams.
Experience attending management meeting presenting at board level would be advantageous
Full driving license.
