Service Delivery Manager – Hereford – GBP up to £45,000 (On-site)
We are looking for a rockstar Service Desk Manager to lead our client's team of support superheroes!
My client is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the heart of Hereford and they're on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Service Desk Manager to join their Team.
As the Service Desk Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping their clients happy by managing their team of tech wizards to deliver top-notch support and solve complex technical issues with ease. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, so bring your sense of humour and your A-game!
To be the hero we need, we're looking for someone with the following skills:
Proven track record in managing a Service Desk team, preferably in an MSP environment
Strong leadership skills to lead and inspire your team to save the day
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues and suppliers on a daily basis
Technical proficiency in ITIL and up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
In return for your heroic deeds, my client are offering a competitive salary of between £35,000 – £45,000, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including a company pension, private healthcare, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
