    Service Designer
    Remote – UK Based
    Flexible rates (inside IR35)
    6 months initially

    Skills required:
    Experience in a range of research and design methods, including at least some of the following, is essential:
    * Affinity diagrams
    * Diary studies
    * Questionnaire design
    * Customer journey mapping
    * Service blueprinting
    * Paper prototyping
    * Purpose-Measures-Method

    * Hands-on experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research – in either a customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX) or user experience (UX) capacity
