    Service Desk Analyst
    Hybrid / Peterborough
    £19.51 to Umbrella Company
    6 month contract (likely to extend)

    My client based in Peterborough, is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst into their new U.S team. Working as part of this team, you will be responsible for resolving technical IT related issues at 1st and 2nd line level, along with getting involved with more hands on tasks, such as desktop builds. 

    Key Skills:

    1st line support experience
    Previous IT Service Desk experience (or similar)
    Strong Windows 10 skills
    Strong communication skills
