Service Desk Analyst
We are hiring for a business in the financial services world to join their service desk team. The team has grown significantly and this role has come about due to someone moving up to another team.
We need someone with a professional manner, able to communicate via telephone and email with end users across the business. You will configure new hardware, support end users in the remediation of faults and escalate where necessary. Supporting applications and core platforms, managing tickets and workload, follow processes around change control and incident logging.
This role comes with great benefits and shift work from 7.30am until 5.30pm, there is a mix of onsite working and remote working, whilst the ideal candidate will have some experience of working on service desks, provided you have the desire to work in this capacity, please apply.
