Job Description

Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst based in Cambridgeshire for a prestigious company.

Summary of the Service Desk Analyst role…

Salary: £26,000 – £28,750
Location: Cambridgeshire
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 36.25 hour working week, Monday – Friday

The role…

As the Service Desk Analyst your role will involve the following important duties:

Provide support for all desktop-used technologies.
Maintain incident records using the help desk system.
Assign tickets and escalate to other technical teams.
Assist with the set-up and issue of IT equipment.
Assist in the racking and installation of server equipment in server racks.
Assist with the patching of data network connections for servers.
Arranging the repair of hardware equipment with 3rd party vendors.
The experience required…

As a successful Service Desk Analyst, you will have the following:

Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
Windows desktop support experience.
Good customer service skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
