    Job Description

    Service Desk Analyst // Outside IR35// 3 Month Contract

    I am looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join my client. They require someone with extensive experience working In a Service Desk environment, To support the team during an expansion phase. The contract is initially 3 months with a strong view to extend, it will be largely remote, however some office work may be required. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

    Experience required:

    Experience working Service Desk Environments

    O365

    ITIL

    Strong customer service skills

    Strong communication skills

    Happy working in a team environment

    Rate: £130-£180 DOE

    Location: Bristol – Hybrid

    Length of contract: 3 months

    IR35 status: outside
