IT Service Desk Analyst
An IT service desk analyst is being sought out by a Leading managed service provider that is looking to expand its service desk team.
The organization is keen to grow and develop its existing team and work on cutting-edge solutions, their use the most updated and innovative technologies available.
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be acting as an initial point of contact for internal and external customers providing support. You will be providing support through multiple forms of communication media i.e., Telephony, email, etc… and will identify/resolve technical issues via standard operating procedures and knowledge-based.
The successful IT support engineer will have:
* Strong Windows 10
* Microsoft server knowledge
* Active Directory
