Service Desk Analyst
Permanent – London Based
£30,000 – £35,000
A well known creative organisation is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on a permanent basis. They are a leading organisation who are best known for creative innovative high end solutions to both clients and consumers through story telling and creating quality content to match client requirements.
As a service desk analyst you will join the IT team and provide support to users in EU and APAC regions and act as the first point of contact for all IT related issues – supporting users on windows and apple applications.
The successful candidate should have prior experience of working in a similar role carrying out IT support in a busy environment. If you have 2 – 3 years experience and are looking for a change of environment with the vision to grow your career into 3rd line support then this is the opportunity for you.
Essential Skills
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with ITIL
Good understanding of troubleshooting apple and lenovo hardware and software
Active Directory experience
Desirable Skills
Unified communications experience (cisco)
understanding of mac administration, imaging and deployment
Strong communication skills
Team player This role follows a hybrid working model and you will be expected to be in the office at least 2/3 days per week. Office is located in London. Salary ranges from £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits.
