Our client is a charity based in London, they require a new person to become part of the team that supports via a helpdesk and ticketing system.
Your role will include
Setting up of small hardware (laptop/printer)
The company is a very friendly charity with a family vibe, they need an upbeat member of the team who can bring energy and good sense of humor.
You will be working on a serivice desk and will be using a ticket system to troubleshoot and resolve any issues on the helpdesk.
