Job Description
Service Desk Analyst // Initial 6 Month Contract // £120 PD £31 k Per Annum
We are currently seeking an experienced service desk analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As a service desk analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's IT systems and infrastructure.
Role:
* Initially a 6 month contract that will have a view to convert to a permenant role. * £120PD = £31 k Per annum
Location :
* Norwich or Bedford or Chelmsford (required to be on one of these sites couple days a week)
Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users * Provide excellent customer service and technical support to employees at all levels of the organization * Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up on resolution * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service desk requests and resolutions * Collaborate with the IT team to identify opportunities for process and systems improvements * Assist with asset management and software licensing
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role * Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
